Health and fitness have always been a core part of my life. From growing up playing league football, to now riding my BMX professionally. Training in the gym for me has always been important to improve in my sport, and through many years of trial and error, furthering my understanding on the role of goal-setting in order to achieve your desired results. Goal setting is a dynamic process. No two people are the same and we as people are ever changing along with our schedules, desires, motivators, and barriers.
As a firm believer in the power of goal setting, I understand that defining clear objectives is essential for achieving success in fitness. Whether you are trying to lose weight for that beach holiday, or preparing for a sports competition I am committed to working with you to streamline and provide realistic goals that we can achieve together!
