I am passionate about all sports and my speciality is hockey playing in the National Premier League in England for the past decade. I understand injuries, injury prevention and competitive sport but also the importance of movement for general mental health. I am invested in helping people to develop physically and finding activities that they will continue to enjoy, bringing more movement to their lifestyle and watching as they
gain confidence with every session.
I will get you to your desired goals by finding movement that is enjoyable for you. I will work with you to understand your needs both in terms of motivation and lifestyle and I’ll do it all without judgement.
Whether you are starting out on your fitness journey (at whatever age that might be) or dealing with some anxiety and don’t know where to start, or perhaps you just want to understand your body and see what it is (and you are!) capable of, I will work hard to understand you and help you take your training to the next level.
I get a real kick out of finding out someone’s ‘why’ and helping clients to be the best versions of themselves. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone get stronger, incorporating health and fitness into their
daily life and falling in love with the process. It’s exactly why I love my job. That and a love of learning; anatomy and biomechanics challenge my thinking and I’m always bringing this new knowledge into the gym. After all, one size does not fit all.
