I get a lot of messages from women saying they either feel too anxious or intimidated and don’t know where to start when it comes to the gym.

I want to change that.

Sport and fitness have always been a big part of my life. From a young age, I was involved in sport with a background in competitive football. I quickly realised my love for an active and healthy lifestyle. This passion led me to starting a career in the fitness industry after completing my BA degree in Sports Studies at the University of Stirling. I then went on to complete my Pre and Postnatal Specialist qualification after gaining my Level 3 PT – giving me the advantage that I can continue to train my female clients throughout their pregnancy & after.

I started coaching to help females like myself, once lacking in confidence, to realise their power and potential. Purpose fuels passion, and it is my personal mission to equip my clients with the confidence and knowledge to achieve their goals. During this journey we will work together on all levels; mentally, physically, and emotionally. I want to help you discover a passion of your own. I want to educate, motivate, and inspire you, and build your confidence in the process.

I offer a friendly and professional service to motivate, encourage and challenge my clients in a fun and enjoyable environment.
