Hey! I'm Megan,

I help guide men and women through their gym anxiety by helping them build muscle, so they feel more confident in their own skin. You don't have to feel alone on your journey, we work together so you can feel stronger inside and out.

After having 2 ACL surgeries and no longer being able to play football, I found my passion for the gym. Building muscle and getting stronger has not only improved my anxiety, but I feel more confident in my own body and I'm now the strongest I've ever been. You don't have to be in the gym every day or spend 3 hours a day training to reach your goals. Most of my clients train 4 times a week with exercises that suit them.
