I love my job. There’s nothing better than helping people achieve what they thought they couldn’t, and I have seen first-hand, the benefits of training and the effect is has had not only on client's fitness, but in their lives, and being a small part of that, is why I do what I do.
I have been a teacher for nine years achieving ‘outstanding’ at OFSTED, before starting my fitness business, so I understand that everyone has different goals, and intended outcomes, but I also understand how to approach a wide range of people. I decided to be a personal trainer as it combines my two passions - teaching and fitness.
I’m a PT who believes in pushing people in their training to really get the best out of each session. I have been helping people change their lives through fitness for five years now, and I teach a variety of subject within fitness, from weight loss, to bulking up all the way through to kickboxing and boxing training. I have 14 years of martial art experience and I’ve studied karate, boxing, kickboxing and self defence during that time.
My clients understand that training is a lifestyle choice, not just something to do, which has helped each one of my clients be fitter, healthier and overall, more positive in their outlook on life.
I can offer you professional and effective training, but with a personal approach, as a good relationship between client and PT I think, is one of the most important aspects to help develop someone’s fitness for life.
