I am a CIMPSA Personal Trainer Practitioner.
I first joined the gym almost 15-years ago. When I started, I weighed 18-stone and I was unhappy with my life direction. I began to exercise more and I found a true passion particularly for running. I also started to eat healthier and combined with exercise I had lost 5-stone within 5-years. This weight has stayed off.
There is no magic formula but by building the right habits with you we can take the steps towards helping you achieve your own weight-loos goals!
