Staying fit and healthy all starts with the mind. Changing our mindset is critical to adopt new positive habits that will benefit our lives and improve our health in the short and long run.
As your coach I’ll be teaching you the correct and safe way to perform a particular exercise, to avoid any injuries that can be caused from bad form and technique. You’ll always have my full attention in every session teaching, correcting, pushing and motivating you throughout.
I am very passionate about fitness, health and wellbeing and I enjoy every aspect of it. I have over a decade of experience in sports and physical education. Let us start by acknowledging that it doesn't matter what level of fitness you're at.
