During my Personal Training career within PureGym, which started in 2015, I have helped many people who are confused about fitness, due to the amount of conflicting information they find online. I pride myself in being able to help you learn about the fundamentals of fitness so you can understand the methods to use to get the results you want and deserve.

As the Assistant Manager of PureGym Wolverhampton South I am here to drive the culture of this gym by working with the amazing team here to make sure that everyone’s experience within our club is the best it possibly can be.

You’ll see me in the club most days so feel free to book onto one of my classes or chat to me on the gym floor, whether you’re looking for advice or just to say hi, I’ll always do my best to help!
