I am a personal trainer with a background in sports, dance, and yoga. I have gained a diverse range of skills, which I am passionate about using to help people improve their fitness, health, and overall well-being. As a qualified swim teacher, I have experience teaching people of all ages and abilities, and I am able to tailor my classes to meet individual needs while ensuring they are fun, engaging, and challenging for everyone.

My journey toward becoming a personal trainer began three years ago when I embarked on a self-care and self-discovery journey. Through practicing yoga, mindfulness meditation, and using a variety of fitness methods, I was able to connect my mind, body, and soul. This journey has had a profound impact on my life, and I received a lot of positive feedback from family and friends who sought my advice. It was then that I realised I could help others achieve similar results.

I possess a high level of emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and patience. If you are willing to put in the hard work, remain consistent, and trust the process, I would be honoured to train you and help you achieve your fitness goals, no matter your current level of fitness.
