My fitness journey started as a professional basketball player before a major injury put an end to my basketball dream. This was a very tough moment in my life but I was offered a position as a coach for aspiring pro-basketball players which led me to my newfound passion for teaching and helping people reach their goals.
I specialise in strength & conditioning training. This type of training can be beneficial to any individual aiming to enhance their athletic performance in a specific sport or working towards fat loss, the building of muscle and gaining strength.
In addition, I am a lucky mum to a 3-year-old boy, so I know how challenging it can be to find the right balance to train while working full time and looking after your family. Therefore, I will support you in managing your time and finding the right balance, so your fitness journey doesn't affect your family life negatively.
Due to my diverse experiences, I work with clients ranging from absolute beginners and working mums, right up to professional athletes.

Qualifications
Active IQ Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training
