Laura Williamson

My passion for health and fitness has been rooted in me from the age of 5 when I was put into Judo. Following this I've pursued a path that has only developed this love. I've represented my country, ranking at both national and international level, and achieving my black belt at the age of 15. 

I graduated both with BSc Honours in Sport Performance and my Masters in Sport and Exercise Nutrition. From these, I have the knowledge and skills that allow me to approach my job not only from my own experience as an athlete in the industry, but using the science that makes a difference. 

I push myself to the best of my ability. This is an approach I take with my clients as we explore and challenge limits. I stress the importance of setting goals, putting a plan in place, and ensuring we achieve these.

As a Registered Nutritionist, I am qualified and provide bespoke nutrition plans tailored to your individual goals...whilst giving you helpful little nuggets during our sessions along the way!

As your personal trainer I am here to guide and push you to your goals in the most effective and sustainable way for you; providing experience, accountability, knowledge and maximal support. Whether your desire is for muscle building, fat loss, strength training, performance based or simply to gain self-confidence and direction.
