I have been a Personal Trainer for 2 years, a gym fanatic for 4 and have been in the sporting environment for near on my whole life. I have trained for weight loss, muscle gain and sporting performance so I know how it feels being in your shoes.
I am currently training to compete in my first bodybuilding show in 2022!
