Growing up I was very uncomfortable with the way I looked in the mirror, which has allowed me really to empathise with others who feel a similar way. Weight training has allowed me to build my self-confidence, move and feel better day-to-day, get stronger and improve my physique. Now I am preparing for my first bikini competition in 2023. Alongside being a Certified Level 3 Personal Trainer, I have qualifications in Diet and Nutrition, experience in designing personalised training plans and a true passion for helping others reach their personal fitness goals.
