Hi! I’m Josh, I have always had a passion for fitness and sports. I play a lot of rugby and a bit of football so keeping fit and strong is key for my performance on the pitch.

I know how daunting starting your Fitness/Gym journey can be having done it myself. But a few years down the line, I’ve smashed so many goals and I’ve enjoyed it that much that i have qualified as a Personal Trainer.

I am here to help you achieve your goals too, whether you are just starting in the gym and need a helping hand, or you have been in the gym for a while and need a new direction to take your training.
