My name is Jordan, and what I love about fitness is we all get something different out of it. With all the difficulties that life throws at us, I feel it is important to generate the feel-good factor where we can, especially with a good workout. I first discovered my love for fitness when I was younger and used to love representing my area while playing hockey. Throughout the years, I have gone from challenge to challenge, pushing my body to its limits, but loving the results you can get if you put your mind to it.
