Before starting my fitness journey I was very unconfident both in general and in terms of body confidence. I decided to take the plunge and get my own personal trainer which has totally transformed not only my understanding of fitness and nutrition but also my self belief.

This encouraged me to become a Personal Trainer myself and I now want to help other people see that the gym and exercise can be a positive experience but more importantly help people gain confidence not only within the gym but within themselves. 

I’m so excited to help as many people as possible not only achieve their goals but go well beyond that too!
