I qualified as a Personal Trainer several years ago and am excited to start a new chapter here in PureGym Shirley!
For me fitness has been a way to stay healthy, stay safe, to de-stress and to do something I can be proud of. It's now my goal to share that with you. If you want to become stronger, fitter or get leaner, what ever your fitness goals are I can help you reach them faster and more efficiently.
Fitness has been a big part of my life for over 20 years, along the years I have been involved in athletics, rugby, combat sports, long distance running but powerlifting and strength training have always been my biggest passion.
