Jay Smith

From a young age I’ve always tried my best to excel in every field, so when it came to gym there was no exception in my own training, I’m always pushing myself and the people around me to be the best version of themselves and I would like to think this reflects in my coaching methods too. I love to see my clients reach set goals and break barriers and feel pleasure in being along side them in that journey.

I specialise in muscle mass gain, fat loss and strength training programmes although I am very adaptable and make it my mission to learn new training techniques and methods every day.
