Hi, my name is Jay, I’m a personal trainer here at Pure gym.

Throughout my life I have always been involved in Fitness and as I grew up this became a clear passion of mine, from studying fitness, to working with Premier football teams to then becoming a Personal Trainer and also taking fitness classes. This has given me a wide variety of knowledge.
