Brief bit about me - my fitness journey began deeply rooted in sport. I've competed in amateur tier tennis, university level basketball and I am a 2nd Dan black belt in karate. The gym has been a regular part of my life for the last 10 years but the first time I stepped foot in to one I did not know where to start, and I was worried about appearing like I didn't know what I was doing. We've all been there!
My passion now is to help others who go through this same experience and support you in getting the results you want. You are not alone, and the gym is a place for everyone. As your personal trainer I want to help you on your journey as you make progress, gain confidence and push yourself out of your comfort zone. But not forgetting to enjoy yourself a bit along the way - this is a big part of my ethos and the most important factor in developing long term results and consistency. Fitness doesn't need to feel like a chore.
