I recently went on a weight loss journey in 2017 losing 95 pounds (43 kilograms) it changed my life in so many ways I grew in knowledge and confidence.
I know how fitness can change your life physically, mentally and emotionally. I want to be able to help support and guide you through your own fitness journey. I can teach you how to make fitness a lifestyle that you can sustain and enjoy life to the fullest without spending hours and hours in the gym.
My specialist areas are in weight loss, weight management, strength training, hypertrophy training and nutrition (flexible dieting).
