Though I fell in love with fitness a lot later than most, it means I have a fresh perspective than most.
I have struggled with confidence issues and anxiety my entire life but over the last couple of years I decided to step out of my comfort zone and give a professional wrestling, rugby and American football a go. Not only did they give me a massive confidence boost, but it also kickstarted my love of fitness.
I more than understand how daunting and difficult it is to step into a gym for the first time or even the hundredth time when your head isn't in the right place, trust me, I've been there. But that's why I'm here. No one said you had to do this alone.
