Jack Latham

Straightforward and easy to understand training from an open and honest trainer. I am here to help however I can whether it's introducing people new to the gym and exercise or those that want a push and direction with their training. I will help you focus and your training and use performance results to get you where you want to be, give me 100% and I’ll give you 100% too. I’ll use my experience and training to your advantage whilst also making training fun and enjoyable.

I am first and foremost a runner, primarily middle distance and cross country running - I competed at county level for my school and represented my university for cross country. I have several years’ experience in the gym, and have a great love for assault course style events (OCR). I have a ‘Jack of All Trades’ approach so full body fitness is what we can achieve, weights, cardio and functional training all into one.

Please feel free to approach me any time for tips, advice or just someone to chat to about sports, fitness and the gym. If you want a Personal Trainer that will not only push you but wants those goals smashed as badly as you do, then I am your guy!
