How? I tailor a specific plan for you to reach your goal and keep you accountable.
A general overview of what the transformation journey may look like for you:
1. I’ll gather information on your dietary habits, lifestyle, training history and goals to ensure we hit the ground running from day one.
2. We’ll take progress photos, initial measurements and create a personal plan. We’ll run through a physical assessment and start to educate you on how to train properly.
3. We’ll track your progress. Daily, weekly and fortnightly check-ins. If you’re not making progress - we'll know about it.
4. You will see significant change. Some of my best transformations have been after 12 weeks (36 sessions).
