Health and Fitness are a huge part of my life and a career I see myself constantly developing in.
I was a little late to the game when I discovered my love of boxing, however, didn’t stop my ambition and hard work, getting myself in the best shape of my life, surrounding myself with some of the best trainers and fighters in the Southwest of England and trying to learn as much as I could about combat sports.
I've been learning boxing, Muay Thai, MMA and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to hopefully be able to coach one day.
I've spent a lot of time practising mobility, endurance and strength training and incorporating these aspects into my own training sessions. So, whatever your goal is, let's make it happen.
