I’ve always loved being active since I was young and when I got a little older, I started getting into fitness and the gym due to wanting to join the army, I decided 4 years ago I was going to get my HND and become a personal trainer and help people become more confident, strong and healthy before leaving for the army. Being a PT is so important to me as I know how rewarding it is when you see changes in yourself that you are proud of, and I want to help others achieve their goals and feel that same way. 


If you are self-conscious about your physical appearances, want to gain muscle, want to improve your strength or general fitness or are just not sure what to do in the gym and need some guidance, then I’m here to help provide the correct training programme for you that is fun and exciting, but can always challenge you to push yourself.
