Until 2015, I was one of those people who always had an excuse. I spent years looking for the easy way. I spent money on waist trainers and cheap supplements to avoid putting in any actual work, until I got to a point where my lack of body confidence was even more tiring than working out and eating healthily so I decided to dedicate myself to the task I’d been avoiding for so long.
After trialing many different styles of exercise, I found strength training and have not looked back since. Choosing to be strong not only changed my body but also my mindset. I felt more confident, driven and able than ever before. Not only was I healthier but happier too, it soon became my passion and my passion gave birth to my career.
This is what I’m looking to help you find, whether you find that passion in strength training like me or in another form of exercise, I want to help you achieve the physique you want AND to enjoy the process.
I work with my clients to break the barriers that may have stopped them from reaching their goals before such as gym anxiety, not knowing where to start and not knowing how to perform certain exercises. I place great emphasis on teaching correct form so that my clients can achieve the results they want in the safest and most effective way possible all whilst building their confidence both in themselves and on the gym floor.
If you choose to work with me, together we would establish some realistic goals and I would make it my priority to motivate you to the best of my ability both in and out of our sessions together to achieve them. As long as you’re willing to put in some serious work, this way of working means you’d be able to see some real results in a very short amount of time.
