My fitness journey started when I was 16. I was overweight and struggled with self confidence. I decided that I no longer wanted to feel this way and wanted to make a change.
Fitness has completely changed my life physically and mentally. It has made me much more confident and so sure of myself, and to help people see how fitness can change their lives.
