I was the fat kid at school, always being picked on for my size. I didn’t like to go out in public because I was always conscious of how big I was. One day, 15 years old and 15 stone, our P.E. teacher sat us down on the football field and explained that - according to statistics at the time - this was the physically leanest and fittest we would ever be.
That was the moment I decided to change my life.
Over a decade later I am now fitter, leaner and stronger than I have ever been. It was a struggle, but through patience and determination I managed to overcome every challenge I faced, and now hope to share the knowledge and skills I learned on this journey with you.
