Back in 2014, I was the typical couch potato. Years of no exercise and a bad diet with lots of alcohol had made me extremely overweight and I had high blood pressure as well as other weight-related illnesses. My idea of exercise involved walking to and from the car. I needed to change or I would not see my four children grow up, yes four children, I understand the juggle of family life and exercising! Here I am now, having lost three stone in weight and still working hard to lose that bit more.
