Being physically active has always been a big part of my life. With 5 years’ experience in the military, I understand the importance of the right training prescription for your specific goals.
Not only do I just create personalised training programmes for individuals, but I also do small group training and give specific nutritional advice /guidance based on the individual and their goals.
I specialise in areas such as Nutrition and Exercise for weight loss, helping to build confidence, helping beginners get started.
