Hi There,
My name is Daniel Davison. I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer with a Diploma in Health & Fitness.
I honour myself highly with respect for everybody’s journey and I am keen to keep my clients motivated to help you reach your goals. I offer nutrition advice, 1 on 1 sessions and small group classes.
If your goal is strength training, muscle gain, fat loss or just to feel overall better about yourself, I can help.
If you’re a first timer in a gym I can relate to the feeling which may be full of doubt and second thoughts, but I strongly encourage you to push those thoughts aside and let us achieve those goals together.
