Hi My Name is Dale, 

 

I know how hard it can be starting off in the gym, having goals but not knowing how to achieve them. 

 

At one stage I felt exactly the same plus my technique was terrible. 

 

Now after completing my Level 2 and Level 3 in Personal Training, I have mastered how to achieve my own goals and how to help others achieve theirs. 

I want to pass my knowledge onto others and help you feel strong and confident in the gym.
