I've always enjoyed being physically active and pushing myself to my absolute limit, with an 'all or nothing' attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for life.
Growing up, I had an anxiety based eating disorder and wasn't consuming enough calories and found myself being very underweight. Overcoming that anxiety was a personal triumph of mine, although it did lead to me then eating too much too soon and putting on a lot of weight.
I now feel both physically and mentally stronger than I ever have and I just want to help others achieve the same sense of satisfaction and happiness that I feel every time a new milestone is met. Whatever your goals are, I would enjoy nothing more than helping you reach them!
