Connie Man

While working as a pharmacist, I’ve always had an underlying passion for fitness. I also realised the importance of integrating science, healthcare and fitness into my training during my studies. Work-life balance became very important at university and as a pharmacist - strength training had helped me in some of the most turbulent years. Fitness is inevitably a lifestyle which is why I believe that no individual is too busy to pursue said lifestyle and should also be an enjoyable journey.

I, too, understand the daunting journey of coming into fitness. I really want to share my knowledge and experience over the years to let you know that anything is possible if you put your mind to it. And as a self-proclaimed foodie, I want you to recognise that you can most certainly love your food and achieve your goals at the same time. Every individual is unique.

Whatever your goal may be, my mission is to guide you in your training and help people like yourself feel confident and also empowered physically and mentally.
