I have been involved in Health & Fitness for around eight years now. As a professional dancer, fitness was a massive part of my life and once my career stopped in dance, I knew fitness was the path I wanted to go down.
I speak to many gym members who say they find the gym scary, so they stick to classes mainly. This is where I come in, with a little more knowledge of what to do once you're in the gym you'll find it the opposite of scary. I'm here to help you gain more confidence and hit some goals whilst we're at it. Most importantly, we're changing your lifestyle so that the results we get are long-lasting.
Sometimes it's hard to figure out what you want to achieve when you're here and that may change over time but what matters the most, is that you're here! If you see me around the gym, I'm always here to help, give advice or just chat.
