I almost exclusively train females looking to lose weight and learn how to lift weights. I have trained various clients over the years of all different shapes and sizes with completely different goals; from female footballers and avid weightlifters to girls looking to build their Glutes, tone up and lose body fat.
I have been a personal trainer for over 4 years and I am currently completing my level 4 & 5 with the National Academy of Sports medicine to become a master personal trainer. I am also a proud dog mum to my miniature Dachshund, Winnie.
