With a background in high-level sports, including rugby and rowing I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to our training sessions. Having personally experienced the physical demands of these sports, I understand the importance of tailored training programs that maximise results while prioritising injury prevention. 

I have endured several knee reconstructions as a result of my sporting background, and I'm experienced in guiding clients through rehabilitation, ensuring a safe and effective process while focusing on your fitness goals.
