I’m 26 and have been a personal trainer for 2 years now. I have enjoyed sports from a young age and was always the first person ready for P.E at school.
I did Gymnastic as a child and my love for fitness has grown from then. I started pole fitness when I was 19 and have developed a complete love for it! I’ve trained as a personal trainer so that I can help other people develop the love I have for fitness and help them change there life with small lifestyle changes for the better.
