What’s good people, I’m Callum and if you’re a beginner having no clue of what exercises to do or how to do them, I can fully relate to you as I was once like that myself. It’s taken many years to achieve the level of knowledge I currently have and I’m confident I can pass this on to you in a short space of time. I aim to give you complete confidence in your training and nutrition practices that you’ll be able to utilise throughout your lifetime.
As a Personal Trainer, I love the challenges that come with the job such as making tailored plans built specifically to your needs and how vastly different these can be from person to person. Now I want to share all the knowledge I’ve gained over the years through education and my practices with you.
