I am Bukunmi Akinwumi. Started my journey into fitness as a overweight teenager(endomorph) who was tired of looking the way I was. I went through 2 phases of training: fat loss and muscle development. My sole purpose of embarking on this journey, was to sufficiently improve my self-confidence and esteem.
