Ben Warrent
Hi! I’m Ben Warrent and I am extremely passionate about how running and exercise in general can be a massive benefit to your mental health. I have always been passionate about helping others, demonstrating this by working as a carer during lockdown whilst also completing my personal training course.
I started my fitness journey with a “Couch to 5k” over 3 years ago now and I haven’t looked back since. I have completed 5 half marathons and I will be running my first marathon in 2021.
I never stop dreaming about what I can achieve and I am determined to push myself above, and beyond to see how far I can go.
