Health and fitness are really important to me, I enjoy being active, skiing in the winter, cycling, running and motorcycling in the summer. I have a family, 3 children who like to get out so I need to keep up, and more importantly set an example by eating healthy and exercising so that I'm fit and have the energy to give my best.
I’ve had to learn how to do this the wrong way and the right way and have come to know it’s not just what you do in the gym that counts. A well structured exercise program combined with lifestyle and nutrition coaching is a winning formula!
