Hi, my name is Annelise and I am here to help you reach your goals! I started work within the fitness industry as it’s something I am really passionate about- and as I enjoy training so hard myself, I wanted to push and guide other people in order to help reach their goals too- so I decided to get qualified and become a Personal Trainer.
During my recent years of training, I became fixated on judging my body and never feeling like I looked good enough. This developed an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise and became a very miserable period of my life. But with sheer determination, self-motivation and a lot of research and support, I turned it all around, and became happy with my training and eating!
My aim is to provide you with motivations and challenging sessions and with my support, I’ll give you the confidence you need, inside and out the gym - as well as motivation to achieve your goals. As well as this, I have a confident approach regarding nutrition advice in order for you to adopt a healthy lifestyle alongside a structured fitness programme.
As long as you are committed and willing to put in the effort to get the wanted results, I think we can make a good team to achieve the body and mind that you want.
