Hey, I’m Angela! My job is to help you break down those barriers that hold you back from achieving those goals. We all start somewhere!

I will support, motivate and encourage you along the way throughout. Help you build your confidence and general wellbeing. Being committed and consistent will help us achieve those goals as they are a key essential.

I have had 16yrs medical healthcare experience and within various different communities over the years. Therefore I can also offer a wide variety of health and lifestyle advice as well as fitness training goals.

I have had many serious injuries myself over the years as well so getting back on track with your fitness levels can be hard and sometimes you just need someone to help who is going to listen to your needs and give you the support you deserve.
