I've been training for over 8 years now mainly in strength training and cardio work.
I joined the fitness Industry as I have a passion for helping people achieve their goals and getting started on their fitness journey.
I understand how difficult it can be for people leading busy lives to juggle work, socialising while keeping up with your fitness goals and nutrition which is where I know I can help guide you to manage everything a little bit easier.
I specialise in overall strength training, toning up/losing body fat, as well as preparation for any running goals you havei.e 5k/10k, Half marathon or even a marathon as I have completed them myself!
Getting started can sometimes be the hardest part so if you would like my help to push you towards those goals and keep you motivated along the way get in touch or come find me on the gym floor.
