I have been in the world of sport for 20 years: from playing basketball to running I reached important positions.
I was ranked 35 in Italy over 10km . My personal best for 10KM is 35 minutes and my personal best for half marathon is 1 Hour and 19 minutes.
Unfortunately, due to an injury, I had to give up my passion, but discovering another one: I started coaching the youth categories discovering this passion for training people.
For this reason, I have obtained several gym certifications: whether you are training for a marathon or looking to tone up, lose weight, recover from an injury, or increase your muscle mass, I am here for you!
