Hello I’m Aidan. I’m a personal trainer who wants to help build my clients confidence, who wants to build a stronger foundation when it comes to fitness and nutrition and a trainer who just wants everyone to be happy within themselves.My big focus is Olympic lifts, corrective exercise and form related injuries. However, as I want to ensure my clients are the best they can be then my main overall focus is giving them the best foundation they have, building excellent habits which filter into everyday life.
